Ms Seannah Head

Clinical Psychologist

Just as nature exists effortlessly, we too have the innate potential to foster our own change and growth with the right conditions. A safe and nurturing environment can facilitate a collaborative unfurling of this transformation. I am passionate about creating a stable foundation within which individuals can unravel and unpack their emotions and experiences in the context of nurturance and care. I am available for in-person and online therapy sessions in the Randburg area.

About Me

I have training and experience in working with mood, anxiety, psychosis, and personality disorders; grief; relational issues; and behaviour with children, adolescents and adults. My key areas of interest include maternal mental health, trauma, and guiding individuals through life stage difficulties from birth to death, integrating various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment for each clients' individual needs.

Approach

My integrative training at the University of Johannesburg enables me to flexibly tailor therapeutic approaches to each client's unique needs and context. I find fulfilment in working with clients across the lifespan, addressing challenges from birth to death.
