Registered Clinical Psychologists

MATERNITY LEAVE: MAY 2024 - OCTOBER 2024 I offer individual & couples psychodynamic psychotherapy, both long-term and short-term. I work online and face-to-face.

About Me

I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist based in Lakeside, Western Cape, South Africa. I treat addiction, life transitions, grief, mood disorders and burnout through individual therapy, relationship counselling and psychodynamic therapy.

Approach

Working with challenges like addiction, life transitions or grief, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace where we notice patterns, link feelings to behaviour and try small experiments between meetings. Whether online or in person from my Lakeside practice, I match rhythm to need: some weeks hold long, exploratory conversation; others focus on concrete coping strategies or relationship tasks. I invite honest feedback, use careful reflection and occasional assessment to guide decisions. This way of working tends to suit adolescents, adults and couples seeking clear, dependable support.
