About Me

I offer dynamic therapy, online or in-person. My practice creates a truly safe space, prioritising your happiness above all. We can explore underlying patterns together, helping you understand yourself more deeply. This approach supports those ready to navigate challenges and embrace personal growth. Sessions are designed for meaningful self-discovery in a secure environment.

Approach

You’ll notice sessions make space for gentle curiosity and small experiments that reveal patterns and shift everyday interactions. Whether we meet in my uMhlanga consulting room or connect over secure video in English, I match pace to whatever feels manageable and clear. With young people and families I use focused assessment, collaborative mapping and practical check-ins between appointments so progress is visible and shared. This hands-on, paced way of working tends to suit adolescents, parents and couples looking for clarity and usable change.
