Mr Sasha Javadpour

Psychotherapist

I’m a Singapore-based therapist specializing in individuals and couples. I help clients navigate burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions, providing a supportive space for healing, clarity, and growth. Weekend sessions available.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist licensed as a practitioner and counsellor in Singapore. I treat abuse, anxiety, mood disorders, conduct issues, and life transitions through psychotherapy, relationship counseling, and conflict management.

Approach

I believe that every individual, regardless of their current mental state, has the potential and deserves to achieve an even greater sense of mental well-being. I integrate symptom with strength, risk with resource, weakness with values, and regret with hope. This way, we alleviate symptomatic stress by enhancing mental-well-being. Ultimately, I provide my clients with concrete, readily applicable, and relevant tools and skills to help them realize their potential for their desired state of improved mental well-being.

Basic Information

Services

There is an old saying that goes like this: When we share happiness, it multiplies. When we share sadness, it is halved. Therapy is a problem sharing activity where instead of facing the issue alone, you have a partner who will fight alongside with you and will help you in moving forward. Psychotherapy utilizes an interpersonal approach to enable people to develop self-understanding and achieve positive change.
