Sarah Turc

Psychologist

Born in Romania and living in the Netherlands, I hold an open heart to human connection. I am a compassionate psychologist who listens deeply and works alongside you, using research based tools and personalized treatments to manage symptoms, work towards emotional healing and challenge patterns that are not longer helpful.

About Me

I offer a calm, empathetic space to untangle your thoughts and rediscover your strength. We’ll listen to your innermost needs, carefully exploring how past experiences shape present challenges. My aim is to help you identify and shift self-defeating behaviours. My approach is based on trust and collaboration, helping to bring lasting change. It's ideal for those seeking to understand and work through their patterns and emotions, and find a new way forward.

Approach

Sessions move at a gentle, deliberate pace, guided by empathy and curiosity as we name patterns and test small changes together. In my Den Haag practice I see people in person and online, in English or Romanian, and I balance reflection with practical experiments so insight also leads to real-life shifts. Between meetings I may suggest brief, doable practices to keep momentum and measure progress. This way of working suits those ready to notice patterns, try new responses, and build steady change.
