Sarah Swygart

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Life can feel really painful and overwhelming at times, and I would be happy to support you. I strive to listen, understand, and to help you with tools and new perspectives to bring growth and healing in your life.

About Me

When life feels overwhelming, it's natural to seek a space where you feel truly heard. I guide individuals and couples through challenging moments, helping you to understand difficult feelings and strengthen your connections. We can explore practical tools and fresh perspectives together, so you leave sessions with a clearer path forward. My aim is to support your journey towards growth and a renewed sense of hope.

Approach

When life feels heavy I work to create a steady, practical space where we notice patterns, name what's painful, and try small experiments to change them. I offer sessions in Indianapolis and by secure online video in English, keeping a relaxed pace that balances focused skill-building with time to reflect. We use short, doable practices and targeted reflections between meetings so anxious thoughts, restless attention, or relationship strain feel more manageable and clearer. People facing transitions, conflict, or persistent worry often find this straightforward, collaborative approach useful.
