About Me

As a counsellor and wellness coach, I offer a safe, empathic space for young people, adults, and couples. Drawing on my experience across India and the UK, I specialise in youth, career, and relationship Counseling. I help clients explore emotions and find clarity. This calm, confidential space is ideal for those unpacking feelings or making big life decisions.

Approach

Sessions move between quiet reflection and focused, practical thinking so your worries and choices begin to feel more manageable. I work with people in London and online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, and pace each hour to suit whether you need gentle listening, structured goal-setting, creative exercises or short mindfulness practices. Between sessions I encourage small experiments and reflections that bring therapy into daily life, helping patterns become visible and changeable. This way of working tends to suit those making transitions or seeking steadier emotional footing.
