About Me

Sarah, a registered psychotherapist, has supported many since 2005 who are navigating developmental and complex trauma. This approach offers a steady path towards healing.

Approach

Having worked in counselling since 2005 with many navigating developmental and complex trauma, I move slowly alongside you, attuned to where safety and curiosity can meet. In Singapore I offer sessions in English and Mandarin and online, keeping each meeting predictable and contained so material can unfold at a tolerable pace. We focus on noticing relational patterns, linking felt experience to meaning, and trying small, practical experiments between sessions to build new ways of relating. This approach often suits those seeking steadier regulation and clearer boundaries.
