About Me

I offer a non-judgemental space where you can explore identity, foster growth, and embark on recovery. My experience Counseling refugees, in addiction clinics, and with the German justice system means I understand diverse challenges. Specialising in CBT and DBT, I guide you towards practical tools for lasting change. We'll work together to find your path forward.

Approach

You’ll find sessions are paced to your rhythm, blending careful assessment with practical skills as we map what matters to you. In my Fulda office or online, in Arabic, English or German, I keep meetings structured yet flexible — brief check-ins, in-session experiments, and reflective work between appointments. We practice gentle exposure, behavioural experiments and emotion‑regulation techniques to shift patterns linked to trauma, loss, addiction or major transitions. This hands‑on, steady approach often suits people seeking clear steps and collaborative support.
