About Me

I support individuals as they navigate the unique challenges of leaving religious groups or strict cultures. This transition can bring complex feelings, and my specific clinical work helps you make sense of these experiences. I offer accessible online sessions, providing a confidential space wherever you are in Italy. We can work together to process your journey and build a path forward with clarity and strength.

Approach

After leaving a tightly governed faith or culture, our work moves from making sense to trying things that feel manageable and meaningful; I help you name patterns, test new ways of relating, and build steady routines. From Pavia I offer English-language video sessions across Italy, keeping meetings focused and paced to your energy so you leave with clear next steps. Between sessions I suggest short experiments or reflections that feed into our conversations and slow rebuilding of confidence. This way of working tends to suit adults seeking practical clarity and emotional steadiness.
