Miss Sarah Bick

Specialist Wellness Counselor

I am a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Somatic Therapist. I am trauma-informed, and specialise in working with nervous system regulation, BFRB's (hair pulling, skin picking behaviours), anxiety, trauma, creative expression and addiction. I use a blend of Hypnotherapy, Gestalt, NLP, IFS, EFT and Inner child work.

About Me

I offer a trauma-informed approach to help you navigate anxiety, trauma, or specific behaviours like hair pulling. Through a blend of techniques, including Hypnotherapy and Inner Child work, I support nervous system regulation. I create a space where you can explore experiences, fostering creative expression and moving towards calm. This integrated approach helps you gently process difficulties and find lasting change.

Approach

Work unfolds as a deliberate, paced exploration that blends gentle trance, body awareness and dialoguing with inner parts to loosen habitual tension and unhelpful urges. I meet people in London or online in English, tailoring session length and at-home practices to your rhythm. Sessions move between grounding somatic exercises, focused hypnotic shifts and short experiential tasks so change can feel embodied and practical between meetings. This way of working suits people wanting steady relief from anxiety, repetitive behaviours, creative blocks or burnout.
