Ms Sara Moosa, BSc

Specialist Wellness Counselor

There comes a point where thinking about things isn’t enough anymore. The counselling room is one of the few places left where two people can sit together, uninterrupted. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space for women who want to understand themselves more deeply — not just intellectually, but in a way that creates real, lived change. Together, we move out of overthinking and into a more grounded, embodied way of being, where clarity, personal power, and direction begin to feel accessible again.

About Me

My practice offers a steady, containing space for women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Here, you can pause. Together, we slow things down enough to notice what’s actually happening beneath the surface — beyond the noise of constant thinking, analysing, and coping. This is a space where you don’t need to have the right words or a clear story. We begin where you are. Over time, this work supports you to reconnect with your own internal clarity, so that your choices, relationships, and way of moving through the world feel more aligned and intentional.

Approach

My approach is relational, insight-oriented, and gently practical. Within the session, I listen for the patterns, tensions, and underlying dynamics that may be keeping you stuck — often the ones that are easy to overlook when you’re caught in your own thoughts. Alongside developing insight, we also pay attention to your internal experience in the moment — helping you shift from analysing your life to actually experiencing it differently. Where helpful, I may integrate simple reflective prompts, nervous system awareness, or breath-based practices to support regulation and integration between sessions. The pace is collaborative and attuned to you. The aim is not quick fixes, but meaningful, sustainable change that feels like your own.
