Ms Sanelisiwe Cele

Educational Psychologist

A compassionate Ed. Psychologist that works with individuals and groups of all ages, mainly applying the positive psychology paradigm.

About Me

As a compassionate Educational Psychologist, I help individuals and groups of all ages cultivate their inherent strengths. My approach, rooted in positive psychology, focuses on building resilience and well-being. We can work together to identify your personal strengths and develop practical strategies for growth. This compassionate support is ideal if you are seeking to thrive and build a more fulfilling life.

Approach

Together we focus on practical steps that lift everyday functioning while honouring your values and cultural context. In my Durban practice I work in English, isiXhosa and isiZulu, seeing individuals, families and groups in person and offering brief between-session check-ins to keep momentum. Sessions combine careful assessment with collaborative goal-setting, a steady pace attuned to children and adolescents, and clear, strength-based strategies you can try at home or school. This way of working tends to help parents, young people and communities seeking sustainable, hopeful change.
