Healing old wounds and finding your authentic self is possible. I offer a supportive space to explore what’s been holding you back—at a pace that feels right for you. Schedule a free 15-minute meet-and-greet call to see if we’re a fit.

About Me

I’m a therapist who offers a warm, supportive space where you can slow down and feel truly heard. My work is grounded in helping adults heal from childhood and generational trauma, build resilience, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process, where we explore your experiences together and develop practical tools that support real, lasting change. My role is to walk alongside you as you gain clarity, confidence, and the capacity to move forward in a way that feels true to you.

Approach

When your past keeps showing up in the present, I offer a gentle, paced approach that honors your curiosity and personal rhythm. Together, we track body sensations, notice patterns, and explore relational themes. Sessions are available online, and are grounded and practical. We observe impulses, uncover what’s beneath them, try small experiments in and between meetings, and bring mindful awareness into everyday life. This way of working is well-suited for those seeking steady, compassionate clarity and practical tools to build lasting confidence and resilience.
