My experienced approach provides practical ways forward for lasting well-being.
Approach
My work centers on creating predictable, child-friendly sessions that respect each family's rhythm and make space for honest questions and small experiments. In Faridabad and online I offer Hindi/Urdu, Punjabi and English sessions so children, adolescents and parents can work in the language they find easiest. Sessions often blend brief diagnostic checks, playful therapeutic activities and practical coaching for caregivers, with simple between-session tasks to build new routines and confidence.
