Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

Working with adults in a safe non-judgmental space believing that compassion, empathy, acceptance and vulnerability are core components that truly facilitate the change process as they enable individuals to navigate through their blocks of doubts and emotions and enable them to work through their vulnerabilities.

About Me

If you are an adult navigating doubts or challenging emotions, this therapist offers a truly compassionate space. Here, all parts of you are welcome, allowing you to explore vulnerabilities without judgement. Believing empathy and acceptance are truly core, the therapist gently guides individuals through what feels blocked. Sessions focus on deep self-exploration, helping you work through challenges to find clarity and lasting change.

Approach

Sessions unfold with patient attention to what feels stuck, inviting small experiments with feeling, memory and relationship so change emerges from understanding not pressure. Working from Delhi, I offer therapy in English and Hindi/Urdu, both in-person and online, to keep the process accessible and steady. In sessions we trace past patterns, notice bodily signals, and use reflective dialogue alongside gentle challenge; in groups, shared witnessing adds containment and perspective. This way of working often fits adults facing loss, transitions or the aftermath of difficult experiences.
