Approach
Sessions focus on practical conversation and steady presence, moving from making sense of experiences toward small, sustainable shifts in daily life. I work with people in Bloemfontein and the Free State, and offer English, Sesotho, seTswana, isiXhosa or isiZulu conversations, in person or online to suit your needs. In-session we pace gently, explore patterns behind anxiety, grief or trauma, and agree on straightforward steps you can try between meetings to build resilience. This way of working often helps those seeking clear, collaborative support.
