My focus is finding practical ways forward, addressing concerns like addictive behaviours. If you seek a direct, supportive guide, our sessions offer a helpful, collaborative space.
Approach
Sessions are practical and direct—each meeting focuses on what matters now and what you can do between sessions to move forward. I offer in-person work from Kiambu and online in English, Kiswahili and Afrikaans to fit your life. Conversations are short, focused and often paired with simple exercises or creative prompts that help untangle patterns, build skills and reduce shame, with clear, manageable steps we track together. This way of working suits adolescents, couples and adults facing addictive behaviours, transitions or burnout.
