About Me

I am a Licensed Psychologist and Registered Psychologist based in Poblacion, Davao del Sur, Philippines. I work with people facing anxiety, mood disorders, chronic illness adjustment, and LGBTQI+ concerns. I provide psychological and diagnostic assessment, health psychology care, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.

Approach

Grounded in compassion and clinical rigor, therapy unfolds as a steady, reflective process where we notice patterns, slow down automatic thoughts, and attend to bodily experience. Sessions in Davao City or online move at a mindful pace, blending brief cognitive experiments with gentle analytic inquiry, with check-ins in between to practice mindfulness skills in daily life. I collaborate with you to translate insights into simple, manageable steps for anxiety, mood shifts, chronic illness adjustment, grief, or navigating queer identity. People who value thoughtful, steady work and practical self-awareness often find this approach helpful.
