Miss Samar Haerian

Psychotherapist

Client-centred therapy is the backbone of my work. As such, I endeavour to build a safe and non-judgemental therapy space for my clients. At a time where the uproars of fast-paced lives have alienated us from our authentic selves, I hope to help my clients find more meaning and value in their everyday lives.

About Me

I offer a client-centred space where you can explore the impact of a fast-paced life. Many feel disconnected from their true selves; I aim to help you reconnect. Within this safe, non-judgemental space, we can gently uncover more meaning and value in your daily experience. This approach helps those seeking a deeper sense of self and purpose amidst life’s uproars.

Approach

Healing often begins with noticing how the daily rush muffles your sense of self, and I focus on gentle, paced work that helps restore clarity and presence. I offer face-to-face sessions in Baulkham Hills in English and Farsi, attuned to your rhythm and practical needs. In-session we practice grounding, reflective exploration and small experiments to address stress responses and unresolved hurts, with simple exercises to try between meetings. This approach tends to suit people navigating burnout or traumatic memories who want steady, collaborative change.
