About Me

Hi, I'm Sam. I offer a welcoming space where we can explore what's happening now and the changes you seek. Together, we'll process how past experiences shaped your present, building vital awareness. My relational and existential approach helps you navigate challenges in work and key relationships. This collaborative process is ideal for those seeking to deeply understand themselves and create meaningful shifts.

Approach

We begin by noticing what feels most alive or stuck, then gently trace the patterns that brought you here so we can make intentional changes. In our sessions—face to face in Potts Point or via telehealth in English—we move between reflective conversation, practical strategies for work and stress, and exercises that build emotional awareness and resilience. You’ll leave with clearer options and, if useful, simple tasks to try between sessions to test shifts in everyday life. This way of working suits adults ready for thoughtful, grounded change.
