About Me

When depression, anxiety, or stress feel overwhelming, this Counseling space offers a calm environment. We can compassionately explore challenges like relationship issues, teenage problems, or low self-esteem. You will learn to navigate fears and phobias, developing practical ways to find clarity. This approach is ideal for those seeking a supportive guide to build confidence and improve overall well-being.

Approach

When overwhelm arrives I help clients notice small patterns and try simple, practical steps that reduce pressure and open choice. Sessions—in Lahore or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu—are calm and focused: we set short, achievable goals, reflect on what happens between meetings, and practise breathing or grounding alongside boundary and communication skills tailored to your life. I also support liaising with schools or family when that helps. This approach tends to suit adolescents, adults and parents seeking steady, practical change.
