About Us
We are a licensed Mental Health Hospital in Nakawa, Central Region, Uganda. We offer counseling, psychological and diagnostic assessments, child and adolescent therapy, and wellness support.
Approach
We structure sessions around clear, practical steps that clients can try between meetings, blending focused assessment, safety planning and relapse-prevention work with paced emotional processing. In Kampala and via English-language tele-sessions we keep appointments predictable, goal-focused and collaborative: clinicians check progress, adjust plans and coordinate with families or schools when helpful. Sessions move at a steady, practical rhythm — short-term goals nested inside longer recovery work — which suits people seeking structured support and measurable change.
