Ms Sadia Ahmad

Counselor

A committed psychologist assisting and counselling adolescents, couples and families.

About Me

I am a psychologist committed to supporting adolescents, couples, and families through life's challenges. I help young people navigate growth, and guide couples and families to strengthen their communication and understanding. My approach provides a safe, confidential space where everyone can explore their concerns. For those navigating relationship difficulties or complex family dynamics, my support fosters connection and resilience.

Approach

Sessions move between practical skills and reflective exploration, helping young people, partners and families untangle patterns and try new ways of relating. I offer in-person appointments in Islamabad and online in English, Urdu/Hindi or Punjabi, keeping sessions paced to your life and schedule. We use structured, goal-linked exercises and brief assessments to clarify concerns, with between-session steps to practise clearer communication, manage anxiety, and resolve recurring conflicts. This way of working suits those who want hands-on tools alongside space to reflect and rebuild trust.
