Ms Saachi Arora

Registered Clinical Psychologists

A registered Clinical Psychologist registered under RCI (CRR No.-A75421). Certified in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Informed care and Positive Psychology.

About Me

I offer a supportive space to explore challenges and build strength. My approach integrates Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) with Trauma Informed Care principles. This helps you understand patterns and process experiences. We develop practical tools for navigating difficulties. I also weave in Positive Psychology to foster your innate resilience. Clients gain clarity and lasting strategies for personal growth.

Approach

Registered under RCI, my sessions are structured yet responsive, shifting between focused skill work and careful processing of earlier experiences that shape current reactions. From my Mumbai clinic I offer steady, bilingual support in English and Hindi/Urdu, pacing sessions to match safety and momentum. We use brief assessments, targeted CBT exercises, and measured between-session tasks to notice patterns in anxiety, attention or trauma responses and to practice new responses. This way of working tends to help adolescents, adults and parents who want clear steps and respectful collaboration.
