Mr Ryan Landau

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

I've been incredibly privileged to guide individuals on their journey toward healing and growth for over a decade. It brings me joy to see people surpass their expectations and create fulfilling lives. I'm grateful to walk alongside others during seasons of challenge and change.

About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Miami, Florida. I treat addiction, anxiety, mood disorders, performance issues, and work on forgiveness. I provide biofeedback, neurofeedback, mindfulness, and child psychological diagnostic assessments.

Approach

I meet each person where they're at and focus on practical, paced steps that honor your rhythm and goals. In my Miami office and online, in English or Spanish, sessions feel collaborative and grounded: we track patterns, practice short skills between meetings, and use real-time feedback to notice what shifts. Work is paced to your tolerance, mixing calm reflection with active skill-building so you leave with tools you can use. People who want clear, steady progress often find this approach helpful.

Basic Information

Services

My evolving expertise in the areas of neuroscience, psychology, and effective spiritually-driven practices empowers individuals to transform different areas of their life. We do this by co-creating a new perspective that provides opportunities to resolve limiting behavioral patterns connected to: addiction, anxiety, disconnectedness, depression, familial changes and challenges, lacking enjoyment, lacking fulfillment, limited focus and concentration, relationship challenges, sleep inefficiencies, stress management, uncertainty, unworthiness, and more.

Services Offered:

  • Biofeedback

A technique that uses sensors to show you real-time data about your body's responses (heart rate, muscle tension, breathing) so you can learn to regulate them.
