About Me

I help individuals navigate difficult, toxic relationships and heal from childhood trauma. As an experienced therapist, I offer a calm, supportive space. Here, we can gently explore past experiences. Together, we process old wounds and develop healthier patterns of relating. This approach helps you move towards greater clarity and build a more secure sense of self.

Approach

Sessions move through relationship patterns and childhood hurt with steady curiosity, naming triggers, somatic responses and the stories that sustain them while keeping pace gentle and contained. In Nairobi I meet clients in English or Kiswahili and offer both face-to-face and online appointments that can include individual, couple or group formats depending on needs. Between sessions I may suggest short, concrete practices to notice moments of safety and set interpersonal boundaries so learning carries into daily life. This approach suits adults facing abusive dynamics, separation or repeating cycles who want practical change.
