Licensed Clinical Psychologists

A licenced Clinical Psychologist committed towards making mental wellness universal. Let's not suffer in silence.

About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I believe deeply in making mental wellness accessible to all. If you are navigating challenges silently, know that you don't have to carry that burden alone. I offer a confidential space to gently explore your experiences. We can articulate feelings that feel too big or complex, finding clarity together. This helps foster resilience and practical ways forward for a more peaceful daily life. This approach suits those ready to voice their struggles and grow.

Approach

Committed to that aim, I work in a steady, collaborative way so sessions feel clear and manageable rather than overwhelming. In Ahmedabad and online, in English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu, we use focused assessment, short-term experiments and mindfulness-based practice to map patterns, build coping skills and track small wins between meetings. Sessions move at your pace: reflective conversation, practical skills rehearsal, and gentle behavioural change plans when needed. This approach tends to suit adolescents, adults and parents ready to speak up and try concrete steps toward relief.
