About Me

Committed to promoting psychological well-being through ethical practice, client-centered care, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Strong ability to build therapeutic relationships, facilitate recovery-oriented interventions, conduct mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver psychoeducational programs. Passionate about empowering individuals to achieve resilience, personal growth, and sustainable recovery while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Approach

My work focuses on practical, compassionate steps that help you make sense of overwhelming emotions and repair strained connections. In person or online, in English or Kiswahili, sessions are paced to your needs—sometimes focused and skills-based, other times slower for processing difficult memories—with clear check-ins and occasional short tasks between meetings. I blend attention to triggers, grounding practices and collaborative problem-solving so progress feels tangible.
