I am Ruanna Darllen, a licensed pshychologist from Brazil with over 4 years of experience. Specializing in adults who have an overwhelming feeling of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, toxic relationships, no self control, addictions and ADHD to name a few. I have a very big passion for understanding and listening to people and I would love to listen to your story.

My approach for therapy is based on psychoanalysis from Freud and Lacan. Which means that we are going to access your unconscious mind in our therapy sessions.

The unconscious mind controls 95% of your behavior and emotions so its going to be our job to make all these hidden traumas and fears come to light. By this process your self knowledge will grow tremendously which in turn is going to help you know who you truly are and how you operate.

All my therapy sessions are held online and I am able to work in every time zone.
