Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help you relate differently to difficult thoughts. Change often begins in small, practical steps tailored to what matters most to you, rooted in noticing patterns and choosing actions that fit your values. In my Lucerne office or online, in English or Romanian, sessions are focused and collaborative — we set clear short-term experiments, slow down overwhelm, and track what helps between meetings. For stress, burnout and relationship strain I combine brief skills practice with real-life rehearsals: short mindfulness anchors, committed action plans and communication micro-skills to try between sessions.
