In my Lucerne office or online, in English or Romanian, sessions are focused and collaborative — we set clear short-term experiments, slow down overwhelm, and track what helps between meetings. For stress, burnout and relationship strain I combine brief skills practice with real-life rehearsals: short mindfulness anchors, committed action plans and communication micro-skills to try between sessions.
