About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Josefstadt, Wien, Austria. I help you manage anger, anxiety, attention problems from ADHD, and trauma. I offer psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, group therapy, and relationship counseling.

Approach

After years working with trauma, attention and relationships, my work focuses on how change unfolds in real time: pacing the nervous system, tracking attention, and opening neglected stories at a steady, tolerable pace. In Wien or online, in English, German or Hebrew, sessions move between gentle somatic regulation, focused memory processing, and reflective exploration so you leave sessions with practical breath- and attention-based tools to practice between meetings. People who want clear structure with room for curiosity tend to find this approach helpful.
