About Me

I’m a Counselling Psychologist with experience working with individuals across different age groups in both school and clinical settings. I have previously worked as a school counselor for primary and elementary students, where I also led a team of six counselors, supporting the emotional and psychological wellbeing of children in an educational environment. I have also worked in a clinical setup under a psychiatrist, providing counselling and psychological support for individuals facing a range of mental health concerns. My experience includes working with clients dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and low self-esteem, grief and loss counselling, teen counselling, relationship counselling etc Currently, I provide online counselling services, offering a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns and work towards emotional wellbeing and personal growth. My approach focuses on building self-awareness, resilience, and healthier coping strategies through CBT and mindfulness. I am fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, allowing me to connect comfortably with clients from diverse backgrounds. I am also trained in the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act by Master Trainer Harish Bhuvan, which strengthens my ability to work sensitively with child protection and trauma-related concerns.

Approach

Sessions move at your pace, mixing short-term skill practice, reflective exploration, and simple experiments you can try between meetings to see what shifts. I notice patterns, offer gentle challenges, and we co-create doable steps, tracking small changes so the work stays grounded and useful. Many people who want clear structure with room for curiosity find this way of working helpful.
