Rochelle Kaikai, MSW

Registered Social Worker

I am an experienced Social Worker with a passion for supporting the mental health of parents during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. You matter and so does your mental health.

About Me

I am a mom of 4 (including twins!) and a perinatal mental health therapist. I know that reaching out for support isn’t easy — especially if you’re used to putting yourself last. I see this a lot, particularly with parents who’ve been running on empty for a long time. The truth is, life gets hard. The hardest moments are the ones that push us to grow the most. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not quite yourself lately, please reach out. I support individuals who are tying to conceive, expecting, postpartum, and beyond. Therapy can help you reconnect — with yourself, with what matters, and with the life you want to build. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here. Book a free consultation to get all of your questions answered. Are you a parent of multiples? If so, you have come to the right place. Reach out to talk to me about therapy for parents of twins, triplets +.

Approach

I use a variety of approaches when supporting folks, because lets face it, we are all different. You are a unique person and I see that. My priority is to make you feel heard, understood, and support you in finding manageable strategies to reach your goals. I tend to lean on strategies from DBT, ACT, CBT, IPT, and narrative modalities. I know you are busy and your life is full, so I want your sessions to feel useful and supportive.
