My passion lies in exploring the creative process inherent within each of us, and its capacity to transform and restore balance.
I view life and the therapeutic process as a pilgrimage, and regard the imagination as key in facilitating the metabolism of the psyche and the capacity for deep connection. My work is powered by an inherent drive toward liberation from internalized systems of oppression that corrupt our experience of aliveness.
I have an integrative approach with psychodynamic underpinnings, and use a systems, jungian, and trauma informed lens in my work.
