Roché Wadehra

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I support people in accessing and nurturing their authentic self so they can deepen their relationship to all aspects of their lives.

About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, offering online therapy. My passion lies in exploring the creative process inherent within each of us, and its capacity to transform and restore balance. I view life and the therapeutic process as a pilgrimage, and regard the imagination as key in facilitating the metabolism of the psyche and the capacity for deep connection. My work is powered by an inherent drive toward liberation from internalized systems of oppression that corrupt our experience of aliveness.

Approach

I have an integrative approach with psychodynamic underpinnings, and use a systems, jungian, somatic, and trauma informed lens in my work. My background in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, and training in expressive arts therapy and psychedelic assisted therapy guide my approach as well.
