Robyn

Ms Robyn Coleman

Social Worker (Mental Health)

My therapeutic approach is holistic; emotional, environmental, physical, & well-being. My areas of specialisation are trauma, mental health & well-being, challenges with & from social media, gambling addiction, transitions into and through peri menopause. Additionally academic development and post graduate coaching.

About Me

As an experienced social worker and mental health therapist, I guide individuals and families through life's complex challenges. Using play therapy and thoughtful conversation, I help clients navigate the emotional impact of divorce and address gambling addictions. We also foster academic development and explore healthy social media use. My aim is to build resilience and provide practical steps for a more stable, confident path forward.

Approach

Holistic attention to emotional, environmental and physical needs shapes how I work with clients: sessions move between gentle play, focused reflection and practical planning so you leave with one small, manageable next step. In East London I offer English-language appointments and remote sessions to fit school, work or family rhythms. Between meetings I use short tasks, simple tracking and coaching conversations to test new habits around study, social media or impulse urges, and we review what shifts. This pace suits people wanting steady, practical change.
