Therapy Practice

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with experience treating trauma. I offer trauma counseling for survivors of abuse and for people managing anxiety and PTSD. I teach clear coping skills you can use daily in confidential, direct sessions.

Approach

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. You are not a diagnosis! I provide clients with a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative, supportive, objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.

I believe that therapy offers clients an opportunity to develop insight, acceptance, and initiate change. It takes courage to ask for help. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to empower you.
