About Me
Approach
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. You are not a diagnosis! I provide clients with a therapeutic relationship that is collaborative, supportive, objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.
I believe that therapy offers clients an opportunity to develop insight, acceptance, and initiate change. It takes courage to ask for help. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to empower you.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
In-person
Services
I have a wealth of experience working with adults, teenagers, children, and families. I have helped many clients living with and/or experiencing overwhelming depression, overwhelming anxiety, ADHD, interpersonal relationship issues, parenting problems, low self-esteem, and difficulty managing anger. Currently, my work is focused on diagnosis and treatment of post-traumatic stress disorders for First Responders and Veterans.
