Psychotherapist

If you are struggling in your relationship with suffering and pain, contact me to start working on your self - your wounds, areas of hurt, triggers, and burdens. Though pain and suffering are a constant in life, how we interact with them allays our life condition.

About Me

I understand how deeply suffering and pain can impact your daily life. When wounds, triggers, and burdens feel overwhelming, it can be hard to find a way forward. I offer a space where we can gently explore these inner experiences together. We will work to understand your unique relationship with pain, helping you shift how you interact with it. This process can bring a profound sense of ease and improve your overall life condition.

Approach

When suffering begins to shape everyday choices, I guide gentle, focused work that uncovers patterns beneath the distress and builds small, steady shifts in how you respond. Sessions in New Delhi or online, in English, move at your pace: we explore specific moments that activate anxiety, low self-worth or relational strain, map their origins, and practise new responses together; for adolescents this can include brief assessments and family-focused planning. Between meetings I offer simple, reflective tasks to strengthen learning. This approach suits people ready for gradual, practical change.
