Ms Ritika Joshi

Counseling Psychologist

I strive to provide a safe space and non- judgemental environment. I use an eclectic approach with inclination towards client- centered approach. I am actively under supervision of a trained and experienced psychologist. I offer online counseling services.

About Me

Finding the right support can feel daunting. I offer online Counseling, creating a truly safe and non-judgemental space. We'll explore what matters most to you, working together at your pace. My approach draws from various techniques, always centred on your unique needs. I am also actively supervised by an experienced psychologist. This ensures you receive grounded, thoughtful support, helping you find clarity and new ways forward.

Approach

We'll move at a pace that feels right, turning moments of concern into manageable steps you can try between sessions to notice change. In online meetings from Noida I use short grounding practices, reflective questioning and goal-focused exercises, switching comfortably between English and Hindi to suit you. Sessions are collaborative and practical: we track patterns, test small experiments, and adjust plans together. This way of working often helps young people and adults build steadier mood regulation, clearer choices and kinder self-care.
