Mr Richard Cruz

Sex Therapist

Helping adult, English speaking individuals and couples: London & Worldwide (Zoom only) - Estepona, Costa del Sol in person. Also #LeanOnUsUkraine provider.

About Me

As a sex therapist, I support adults and couples in exploring their sexual and relationship concerns. I offer a confidential space, whether you're in London, worldwide via Zoom, or in Estepona. Together, we can gently unpack challenges, fostering open dialogue about intimacy. This approach helps individuals and partners understand their needs and build satisfying connections. My focus is on creating a path towards greater sexual well-being and understanding.

Approach

Working with people in London, over Zoom and in Estepona, I guide a practical, curious exploration of intimacy and the patterns that keep you stuck. Sessions feel paced and focused: we name triggers, track reactions, practise new responses and agree small experiments to try between meetings. When trauma, addiction or anger surfaces I slow the work, help regulate overwhelm and keep attention on both safety and connection. This steady, hands-on way often suits adults and couples seeking clearer, manageable change in their sex and relationship lives.
