My approach fosters clarity and resilience, helping you understand your unique situation and move towards positive readjustment.

When readjustment feels necessary, I focus on pacing each step so people—children, parents or whole families—feel understood and able to try small changes between meetings. In Pretoria I work in Afrikaans where helpful, meeting face-to-face for assessments and counselling that blend careful observation with practical strategies; I often invite school or family input when useful.
