Registered Social Worker

~ Working Restoratively : Enhancing Prosocial Behaviours ~

About Me

I am a Registered Social Worker practicing in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. I provide counseling, group therapy, psycho-legal reports, and child diagnostic assessments. I help adolescents, people with addiction, and survivors of abuse identify needs and access support.

Approach

Restoration steers the work: sessions move deliberately between practical skills and repairing relationships, tracking small changes that matter to you. In Cape Town I offer sessions in English or Afrikaans, structured but flexible to fit individual, family or group rhythms. We use focused assessment, collaborative goal-setting, role-play and short between-session tasks to shift patterns around anger, substance use and abuse while documenting progress when legal clarity is required. This approach suits those who want clear steps, honest feedback and steady accountability as they build safer choices.
