About Us
Approach
My method of counselling is rooted in the person-centered approach. It allows my clients the space to establish their own direction and goals for counselling. It also allows individuals and couples the opportunity to go wherever they feel comfortable-whether it is within their own minds and bodies. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space.
I also apply a more directive approach and psycho-education within my sessions. I believe in empowering my clients to practically apply tools/resources in their everyday lives and relationships. A lot of growth happens outside of counselling, therefore, I am fond of providing homework to my clients.

Services
My role as a counsellor is to facilitate growth and healing. I am a bilingual practitioner with an immense respect for the diversity in language, race, culture, religion, and sexual orientation.
My special field of interest is working with individuals and couples around the topics of sexual wellness- intimacy, libido, sexual challenges, pleasure discrepancies, and various consensual relationships. I also provide support regarding perinatal loss (miscarriage) and other reproductive health challenges.
