About Us
We are a mental health organisation in Ferndale, Gauteng, South Africa, registered with Social Service. We offer psych and diagnostic assessments, child psych assessments, child and adolescent therapy, and medico-legal evaluations.
Approach
We focus on strengthening caregiver–child attachment through gentle, practical steps that families can use between sessions to shift patterns at home. Based in Randburg and working in English, our room feels structured yet relaxed: we alternate short skill-building activities, reflective conversation and feedback from assessments to track change. Sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace, with clear takeaways and occasional brief tasks to try before the next meeting. This approach often helps parents, caregivers and young people seeking clearer connection and calmer routines.
