Ms Regina Stiffler

Licensed Professional Counselor

Collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adults exploring identity, self-worth, and connection.

About Me

I am an experienced trauma therapist, offering online support to help you navigate difficult past experiences. Many find comfort and privacy in working from their own space, allowing us to focus on understanding and processing what’s happened. We can explore practical ways to manage current impacts, building resilience step by step. This approach suits those seeking a flexible, compassionate space to make sense of their trauma and find a way forward.

Approach

Together, I help you notice small patterns in thinking, sensory needs, and relationships so sessions become practical experiments rather than abstract talk. From my Dallas office I meet adults in English via secure video, creating a private, paced place that respects processing speed and energy. Sessions blend grounding skills, trauma-informed pacing, and collaborative problem-solving tailored to anxiety, mood shifts, body image and disability-related barriers, with gentle between-session steps when useful. People seeking steady, respectful change tend to find this approach fits their life.

Services

Hi, I’m Regina (she/her), a queer, neurodivergent therapist who believes healing happens in spaces where you’re truly seen and affirmed. I bring compassion, curiosity, and a healthy dose of irreverence into the therapy room, and I deeply value the trust it takes to show up authentically—especially when the world hasn’t always made space for who you are.

I primarily work with women and nonbinary adults—especially those who are late-diagnosed neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or navigating non-traditional relationships (like ENM or kink). If you're untangling trauma, questioning your place in a society that often feels hostile or broken, or working to rebuild self-worth in a neurotypical, cis-hetero world—you’re in the right place.

My approach is eclectic and collaborative. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs, rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all mold. This work isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about reconnecting with your values, making meaning, and feeling more at home in your own mind and body.

If you’re looking for a therapist who affirms your identity, respects your complexity, and understands what it means to feel like an outsider—I’d be honored to walk with you. Schedule a free consultation so we can chat about whether I’d be a good fit.
