As a licensed psychologist, I work with both children and adults. I invite you to explore the profound connection between your mind and body. My approach draws from Lacanian psychoanalysis. I also integrate various methods to help you understand yourself more fully. We can gently uncover how thoughts and feelings show up physically, finding new ways forward. This is helpful if you feel stuck or experience emotional distress with physical symptoms.

Therapy often tracks how bodily sensations and language knot together, guiding attention toward small, practical shifts that change everyday feeling and thinking. Sessions in Plovdiv or online, in Bulgarian or English, move at a gentle, measured pace: I listen closely, reflect back patterns I notice, and invite brief in-session experiments or simple between-session practices to test new responses to anxiety and somatic distress. Over time this steady, embodied inquiry helps people of all ages reclaim calm and clearer self-understanding.
