Mrs Regina Gerlach

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

In my private psychology practice I am working with clients who are interested in a different way of relating to their experiences. Rather than getting ‚rid‘ of a problem, or ‚fixing‘ - my approach is informed by equanimity, responsiveness, somatic experience, and trauma-sensitive.

About Me

I invite you to explore a different way of relating to your experiences. Rather than 'fixing' problems, we can gently navigate challenges through a trauma-sensitive lens. My approach integrates somatic experience, helping you connect with your body's innate wisdom. This fosters greater responsiveness and inner calm. It's ideal for those seeking equanimity. We'll work to find a deeper, more sustainable way to understand themselves and cultivate lasting stability.

Approach

Clients seeking a different relationship with their inner life often find our work moves at a steady, curious pace: we notice sensations, name reactions, and slow things down when needed. I offer sessions in Hillarys and online in English or German, creating a calm container where safety and choice guide each step. Therapy blends mindful attention, gentle body-based practices and targeted trauma processing so changes feel embodied and usable between sessions. This approach tends to suit adults and couples who want greater steadiness and presence.
