Ms Regina Faridnia

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

An integrative practitioner who incorporates EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing techniques, & MInd Body/Mindfulness.

About Me

I integrate techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Somatic Experiencing to help you process difficult experiences. By weaving in Mind Body/Mindfulness practices, I offer a holistic path to greater calm and resilience. If you've felt stuck or need a deeper approach, my varied methods can offer new ways to heal. We will work collaboratively to find methods that genuinely resonate with you.

Approach

I guide sessions that move between focused processing and gentle body-based awareness, attuning to what feels most alive for you. Whether we meet in my Granite Bay office or online, I pace work to your nervous system—tracking sensations, memories, and the smallest shifts. We alternate focused attention with somatic noticing and mindfulness practices, using gentle titration to approach difficult memories and sensations without overwhelm. People navigating trauma, addiction, or major life transitions often find this embodied pacing helps them regain agency and steadier calm.
