Clinical Psychologist

When all you do is be there for others, this is your place to be held. I support helping professionals, caregivers, and mothers (including new moms and moms-to-be) in mindfully navigating stress, burnout, and trauma.

About Me

I am a licensed clinical and health psychologist, as well as a healing practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) based in Berlin. My background spans trauma therapy, mindfulness, and maternal mental health. As a helping professional and a mother myself, I know how easy it is to put the needs of those who depend on us first. I am here to offer a safe, grounded space where you can finally tend to your own needs, process past traumas, and find peace in the present. I offer therapy in English and German, and can also incorporate Spanish whenever it feels natural or helpful for you.

Approach

My work is rooted in mindfulness and somatic practices, honouring the deep connection between mind and body. I work through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, feminist, and holistic lens—always considering the broader systems and environments you live and work in. Self-reflection is a vital part of healing, but I believe it must always be paired with deep compassion for your unique story. I am currently specializing further in perinatal mental health, supporting women across all stages of motherhood—from fertility challenges and pregnancy to birth, postpartum, and beyond. Matrescence is a profound life transition; when physical, hormonal, emotional, and societal shifts may leave you feeling disconnected. I'm here to help you integrate your experiences and find your footing in this new life of yours.
