About Me

I offer practical, evidence-based therapy for those seeking clear steps forward. As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, I focus on helping you quickly navigate challenges and regain control. We’ll work together to identify effective strategies, ensuring you can apply new insights to your daily life. Sessions provide concrete tools, enabling you to move past difficulties and get on with your life.

Approach

To help you start making practical change quickly, I use focused, problem-solving sessions that balance clear goals with gentle challenge. From my Cromwell clinic and via English-language online appointments, meetings are structured, time-efficient and tailored to day-to-day life so new skills are practised between sessions. We build exposure, skills training and brief assessments into each plan, tracking progress and adjusting anything that isn’t working. This approach suits adults and couples wanting straight‑forward, measurable steps toward feeling more capable.
